Webyot Technologies ("Webyot", "we", "us", "our") is a software development company based in India. We build software products and minimum viable products (MVPs) for startups and businesses, and we also build and publish free apps — including educational apps available on Google Play — to educate and help people.

If we build software for a client, the data collected by that product is governed by our agreement with that client and this policy applies only to the extent we process that data.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable security measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Deletion

Most of our standalone Apps do not collect any user data. Where an App does collect data — for example a user account, personal experience data, or preferences — that data is deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.

You also always have the option to request deletion of any data we may have collected about you at any time — including your user account, personal experience data, or any other personal information — by emailing us at support@webyot.in. We will confirm and complete the deletion within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and control analytics collection through Google's tools.
